Mubarak!! (Translation - Congratulations!)

A recent bride was of Arabic decent. There were many guests at their wedding from all over the globe. The furthest traveling all the way from Mumbai!! It was such a joy to see all the different cultural touches. Some of the ceremony was conducted in Arabic even. There were gorgeous headdresses, fun music and AWESOME dancing.

The DJ was speaking to one of our coordinators and said they had "some" dancing in the beginning, but as soon as he started to play the Arabic music the father of the bride had requested - the dance floor was packed! It was very fun to see the bride and her father participating in traditional Arabic dancing!

Congratulations (or Mubarak in Arabic - as we learned) to the newlyweds. It is so wonderful how you have embraced your new life together as a new family by incorporating the things that make you each unique and different from each other. May you look back on that day and realize its when you loved each other the least!
