Bedazzled Vintage Wedding!

Over the summer, we had the pleasure of working with a couple who had a ton of extra special touches that they wanted to add to their day!  Their colors were very whimsical with pinks, oranges, and bright greens.  The bouquet on their sweetheart table was fun because it had a giant "B" for their last name that was bedazzled with tons of jewels!  It looked great!  Their guest tables also incorporated in the pinks, oranges, greens, and browns and each brown guest table napkin had a little green fern leaf on it.  Each little touch helped to tie the whole room together.

Not only were the bedazzled details and floral centerpieces great touches, but we also loved the vintage feel that this wedding had!  On all of the cocktail tables, the couple had displayed vintage love-themed postcards that they had collected from friends, family, and thrift stores.  The cake table was my personal favorite part!  Since they had a couple different cakes and desserts to display, they created a very unique cake stand.  The base of each stand consisted of stacked boxes that looked like mini-suitcases.  On top were special pieces of china to hold each dessert.  They even had a vintage-looking tea pot!  Single-bud flowers were placed around the table as well to incorporate their colors on the cake table!  It was a wonderful display!!

Pictured left are the cocktail tables.  They had some elderly guests that they knew would want a seat, so we set out some extra chairs on the patio for them.  Pictured right is the beautiful cake table display!  We loved how special and different it was from anything that we'd seen before!  The bride created it herself!

We want to wish this couple a huge congratulations and thank them both for choosing Tapestry House to take part in their special day!  We wish you both many, many years full of happiness and love!
