Last night was the perfect example of just why a unity candle is not possible for outdoor ceremonies!
The wind in Colorado has been very intense the last few days. But despite the breeze, it was a gorgeous day and the bride wanted nothing more than an outdoor ceremony... so we made it happen!
Chairs not only had to be secured, but monitored as well. A chair attendant (much like an usher) was available to help guests to their seats and to help in case something was to go wrong. But all disasters were avoided!!
The bride & bridesmaids looked absolutely beautiful with their hair blowing in the wind, petals scattered as they should, and the flower ceremony (in place of the unity candle) was very moving. The perfect windy wedding day!!
Congrats to both of you!! We enjoyed spending this special day with you!
