Quirky Charm!!

This past weekend we had the couple that drives the Ghostbuster mobile get married at Tapestry House. Much like their amazing car - they had some adorable (and very fun!!!) different ideas at their wedding. Their friends even brought the Jurassic Park Jeep from Denver!!!

They had such a beautiful and bright color scheme that all stemmed from one piece of ribbon the bride found. Her mother made all of the centerpieces and HAND-PAINTED them to match!!! It was such a different idea from anything we had seen out here before. They were absolutely stunning.


They had lawn games (bag toss and ladder toss) on the back lawn. They provided bouncy balls and costumes for all of their guests for the photo booth! Everyone was running around with funny hats on and dancing to "The Time Warp" from Rocky Horror Picture Show.


The best addition was the trebuchet (more commonly known as catapult) that the groom and his friends built for her to throw her bouquet with!!! It flew about 40 ft the first time and wasn't caught,... so to everyone's applause and cheering, they loaded it up again and threw the bouquet a second time. One very lucky lady caught it then.

Seriously - to this groom: You should start marketing and selling these as "bouquet tossers"...
